Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Haita VPN (the 'App', 'Service', or 'we') collects, uses, and protects personal information. The Service is provided as is, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user privacy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection state, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, the App may process approximate location information. This data is used to: 1. Recommend routes based on Haita VPN's node distribution; 2. Analyze regional connection quality through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Send important service, security, or account notices to your reserved email or username. Sensitive information is retained and accessed only within the limits of this Policy.

We only provide aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party partners (such as Google Play Services and Firebase) for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. We do not share personally identifiable information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulatory authority; 2. Necessary to protect users or others from fraud, abuse, or threats to life or property; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations to operate the Service. To stop future data collection, uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If such information is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Guardians may contact us through the email above so we can take appropriate action. We use physical, electronic, and access-control measures to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product features, or business arrangements. Please review this page regularly; continued use after publication of changes means you accept the revised terms. This Policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. If you have questions or suggestions about our privacy practices, contact the Haita VPN team by email ([email protected]).
