This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Haita VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, nodes, or fees and will notify users in an appropriate manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system protections may cause the App to malfunction or increase security risk.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be bound by those third-party terms and privacy rules.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the Service caused by unpaid device fees, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges may apply outside your country of origin. Please confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before using the App.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Inability to access the Service caused by depleted battery, system settings, third-party network changes, or user operation is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate routing and node information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right, where legally permitted, to suspend or terminate the App service; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: in rare cases, technical issues may affect the intended service experience. We will try to resolve issues or offer reasonable alternatives, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, license keys, or digital entitlements are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy where legally permitted. Updates take effect after publication on the website.
